Introductory events with campus rally
In addition to the official faculty program, we will be hosting some get-to-know-you games and a campus rally where you can explore our beautiful campus through fun games.
First day barbecue at TMS
As a finale for the introduction day we will have a barbecue in front of the TMS starting at 5 pm. There will be time to get to know each other and the student council. Food (also vegetarian & vegan) and drinks (non-alcoholic & alcoholic) will be provided for a small fee.
Pub crawl
A fun pub crawl with your fellow students and the student council, where you get to know the pubs of Stuttgart. Fun is pre-programmed, booze is a prerequisite.
**Limo drinkers are also welcome**
TMS preglow
The biggest student party on campus takes place every Thursday at TMS. For this, we - the student council of agriculture - would like to glow together with you. Just bring what you want to drink and come with us in the mood to celebrate :)
Wine Hike
Explore the surroundings of Hohenheim with us, your fellow students and as much wine as you like.
Beer Olympics
At the Beer Olympic Summer Games you can compete with other students in various disciplines. Beer is provided and there are enough places at beer pong tables, rage tables and of course several fields for flunkyball.
Schnapps tasting
Tasting of various schnapps from a former student council member. Here you will learn a lot about the production of schnapps up to the consumption. Registration required -- more info to follow.
First Breakfast
Relaxed Weißwurst breakfast (also vegetarian & vegan) to get to know your fellow students better and exchange first experiences. Registration required -- more info to follow.
Guided tour of the Meiereihof
On the tour of Meiereihof, you'll get info on the university's experiment stations and visit the dairy & calf barn at Meiereihof. You will also see the fistula cows of the university and of course you will have the opportunity to ask all questions about dairy farming. Registration required -- more info to follow.
May Walk
Humid and cheerful walk through the beautiful surroundings of Hohenheim. Self-care and fun are the order of the day here.

Wine tasting
You like to drink wine, but you don't have much experience with tasting and handling good wines? Through the professional guidance of our university's former viticulture director and his doctoral student, you'll learn how to approach a wine and get all the flavors out of it.
