Dear first-year students,
We, the Agricultural Student Council, would like to welcome you to the University of Hohenheim and wish you a good start to your university life.
We organise different events for the new freshmen every semester, such as a wine hike, a campus rally or a freshman weekend and much more. To get the latest information about these events, check us out on Instagram and join us at our meetings, which take place on Tuesdays at 7pm in HS 6.
If we don't already meet at one of our first-year events, then we will probably meet on our beautiful and manageable campus in the coming period, whether in front of the refectory or at the weekly TMS (Thomas Müntzer Scheuer) on Thursdays or at WG parties.
When it comes to passing the first exam phase, there are various opportunities to study in peace and quiet or in small groups in the library, the TMS and, in summer, in the park.
In addition to us, the student council, there are various other ways to spend your free time at the university. We have compiled an overview of the various possibilities HERE.

The most important thing is: don't go crazy with your studies, of course learning is important, but having fun and meeting new people shouldn't be neglected either!
We have created two Whatsapp groups here, separated into Bachelor's and Master's, so that you can already network with each other and clarify open questions about your studies!
