Lectures

Here are the basics for the lectures:

  • All lectures have an accompanying ILIAS course, where you can usually find the lecture notes. If you have problems finding the course, it is best to ask the professor in the lecture, as this can sometimes be tricky. We have also prepared more information on this topic
  • It doesn't matter whether you sit in the lecture with your laptop or iPad and take digital notes or analogue notes with pen and paper - but notes help you learn!
  • Especially in the first 3 semesters (basic studies), you have a timetable that offers you a structure; in addition to the times, the rooms in which the lectures take place are also noted.
  • Lectures usually begin at 15 after the hour (c.t.), but sometimes professors deviate from this system and begin at the hour (s.t.), which takes some getting used to, but you will quickly get used to it.

Again, if you have questions or problems with the lecture or even the professor, come to us! We organise a question and answer session via Zoom shortly before the exams.

In the following, we will briefly provide you with some information on a selection of lectures from our wealth of experience.
